Klüber Centoplex GLP 500 is a fluid (semi-liquid) multipurpose grease developed for long-term lubrication at normal temperatures and under high loads. It offers high pressure-bearing capacity and is particularly suitable for application via single-line centralised lubrication systems.

  • Applications: Highly loaded rolling and plain bearings, guides, spindles; spur and bevel gears that are not oil-tight (gear motors, small gearboxes), steel/steel worm gears; linear guides in machine tools, assembly and conveyor systems.
  • Features: Mineral oil, lithium soap thickener; fluid structure compatible with centralised lubrication systems, high pressure resistance.
  • Typical properties: Service temperature -30 °C / +100 °C, base oil viscosity approx. 110 mm²/s at 40 °C and approx. 9 mm²/s at 100 °C, density approx. 0.94 g/cm³.
