Molykote Longterm W2 - 1 kg White Grease

Molykote Longterm W2 is a white high-performance grease containing mineral oil, lithium soap, solid lubricants and a tackifier. As it shows no tendency to oxidise, it is suitable for long-term lubrication; the solid lubricants provide wear protection and prevent fretting corrosion.

• Applications: Bearings in food and pharmaceutical industry machinery, textile and paper machines, household appliances and precision mechanical devices; centralised lubrication systems.
• Features: Good load-carrying capacity, strong adhesion thanks to the tackifier, good corrosion protection (SKF-Emcor 0-1).
• Typical properties: NLGI 2; operating temperature -30 °C / +110 °C (130 °C short-term), base oil viscosity 125 mm²/s at 40 °C, dropping point ≥180 °C, four-ball weld load 2,400 N.
