Mobilux EP 1 is a general-purpose industrial grease providing extra protection against wear, rust and water washout. Its soft consistency allows easy pumping in centralised systems and helps extend bearing life in humid environments.
- Applications: Centralised lubrication systems, severe applications involving high unit pressures or shock loads, equipment operating in humid and wet environments; -20 °C to 130 °C.
- Features: Reduced wear under shock loads and vibration, rust and corrosion protection, resistance to water washout, good pumpability.
- Specifications: DIN 51825 KP 1 K-20; SEW-Eurodrive and VOLVO 97718 approvals.
- Typical properties: NLGI 1, base oil 160 mm²/s (40 °C), four-ball weld load 250 kgf, Timken OK load 40 lb.
